We start with a complimentary telephone consultation, which typically lasts between 5 and 30 minutes. During this call, we'll explore your needs, answer any questions you may have, and discuss your reasons for reaching out. We'll also cover details such as the size of your home, who resides there, and the specific areas you want to organize.
The next step is to arrange a one-hour on-site consultation and needs assessment at your home, ideally with you and your partner present. During this visit, we'll ask a series of questions to evaluate your space and needs and identify the underlying issues. The assessment fee is a flat rate of $65. If the areas we’re organizing involve your children, we’d like to speak with them as well to understand their preferences and needs and to gauge their willingness to embrace new systems. Additionally, we’ll cover potential waste removal, donations, necessary products, resources for selling or consigning items, and other related considerations.
Based on our observations, our discussion, and your goals, we’ll create a tailored plan for your space and provide an estimate for the number of hours needed to organize your home. We encourage the residents to participate in the process to help decide which items to keep, donate, or sell. The pace at which decisions are made and tasks are completed will influence the overall time required for the project.
After receiving the plan and estimate, you can choose when to start and we’ll coordinate to find available dates that fit your schedule and timeline.
Once the initial organization is complete, we also offer maintenance packages to help you reset and adjust your systems as needed.
